The Deal Calculators were developed utilizing my 10 years of experience as a real estate professional at the institutional level. I have modified my deal calculators and broken them down into 3 options that will serve anyone from those looking to dip their toes into the real estate rental world to the savvy experienced investor.  I graduated from Villanova University and started my career at JPMC in 2012. After 4 years, I moved to a boutique multifamily owner/operator. I now have the ability to invest in institutional level deals at the General Partner level and have additional upside in the promote as Head of Asset Management and Property Management.
